Dominique Mum of 2 little girls, has been teaching for over 4 years now, holding 2 diplomas in Yoga, as well as Prenatal Yoga & is an international qualifed Pranic Healer & Meditation teacher.

These 75 minute sessions are designed for all pregnant women at any stage of Pregnancy.

Please note if your due date is close to our end dates for classes, you may still wish to book, once booked in and the term starts you maybe able to cancel out the remaing weeks you think you can not attend and make them up as per space is available by wait listing in the other class through a special booking link we will give you on the first week the term starts. If there are dates you cant make during the term this program is also designed to help you there as well. Make up classes subject to availability.
Your 75 minute weekly class includes below all these inclusions
First a Physical prenatal yoga practice
Dominique will be Leading you through a variety of 50 minute yoga sequences weekly designed specifically for Pregnancy with postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery, enjoy soothing essential oils sprays for Pregnancy & calm.
Then a very well informed & practical Preparation for birth session's to complete your weekly class.
In the second part of your weekly class we will spend around 25 to 30 minutes turning our attention & learning Yoga postures, breath wortk & very practical meditation to help you through the stage's of labour & delivery. Be confident and well prepared with these amazing sessions.
BONUS TAKE HOME NOTES
You will also be given all the take home notes to use in your delivery room. In addition to the practice and learning of these material in class feel free to practice this with your birthing partner at home in preparation for birth as well.
This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. No prior yoga experience required.
We offer limited spaces in either our Wednesday's 6.25pm & or Saturday's 9.20am Prenatal Yoga classes.
Classes run for 10 week blocks - No classes school holidays. We welcome Mums to be at any stage of the Pregnancy as long as we still have spots available. Your investment $297 for 10 week course. Health fund rebates may also apply if Yoga is in your policy, see Health funds

Dominique Mum of 2 & Prenatal Yoga teacher has been offering Prenatal Yoga classes to Mum's to be & 2,d & 3+ time round has Pregnant Mums to be since 2014.
This is a good tool for labor during contractions. If we are consciously breathing, our blood pressure and heart rate is regulated keeping us in parasympathetic/relaxation mode. Calm mama equals calm baby.
