Prenatal yoga helps you to Strengthen your mind, body and spirit in preparation for pregnancy, labor and delivery, allowing you to deepen your experience and enjoyment of your motherhood.
Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery.

This is a good tool for labor during contractions. If we are consciously breathing, our blood pressure and heart rate is regulated keeping us in parasympathetic/relaxation mode. Calm mama equals calm baby.
