Hi DominiqueI wanted to firstly let you know how much I enjoyed your prenatal yoga classes last term. I looked forward to class every week and miss it now!I gave birth to another beautiful boy on Thursday 4th January. It was a very quick labour from first minor contraction to birth was only 8 hours. Once they broke my waters I went from 4-5cm to fully dilated and pushing in less than 2 hours.I want to thank you for your classes and believe the techniques and exercises really helped me to achieve a quick natural birth.I will highly recommend your classes to every one! Thank you again!Melissa Term 4 Prenatal Yoga Term 4 2017
Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed coming to your night pre-natal yoga class. I'd never done yoga before and have and now will continue to reap its benefits! I gave birth to our first baby boy, Zachary Jordan Wong, last Friday 20th of October. He arrived at 37 weeks and 5 days, weighing in at 7.7 pounds. It was a long labour at 18.5 hours, but what I never thought I would be able to do was use nothing other than a tens machine for my pain relief throughout it!! That and what I remembered from our classes, especially the mindfulness and breathing techniques. I hope to get back into yoga once we've all settled in. Hope your new classes are going well.
Term 3 Prenatal Yoga 2017
I attended prenatal yoga for two terms and just wanted to say I loved Chiara's class. It was definitely something that helped me get balance throughout my pregnancy and helped during delivery.
I was fortunate to have a wonderful quick delivery and gave birth to my son in early Jan. He arrived in the world 15 mins after the water broke and he is my first child. My contractions were on and off and began 52 hours before he was born. They got very painful and had to resort to gas 45 mins before he was born. Active Labour was 7 hours. Overall, I had a great Labour and recovered well except for the ab separation which caused a couple days of pain.
Can you please pass on this info to Chiara and thank her again for me.
All the best.
Susan (Term 3 & 4 2015)
