Yoga & Meditation class experience 



Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Room temp 21 degrees 



A dynamic practice balancing structure and stability with breath and movement between poses. Technique is refined, and alternatives given for challenging poses to suit your body’s needs.  You’ll improve posture, body tone, core strength, energy and leave feeling balanced and calm. Room temp a lovely 20 degrees



A relaxing class with deep stretches and core awareness. Improves joint mobility, flexibility and activation of muscles post injury, training and stress. Supports physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Room temp a lovely around 21 degrees

All classes run for a relaxing 70 minutes with an inspiring blend of Vinyasa Yoga, Breath work & Meditation with Dominique Yoga Teacher & Spiritual Healer - no mat required, beautiful signature teas to enjoy on arrival & after class. Private boutique Yoga studio catering for beginners & all levels.

A home away from home for deep relaxation & healing here in the Taylors Hill Yoga & Meditation sanctuary!

Hi my name is Dominique, 17 years ago I was recommended to try Yoga because I was feeling a little overwhelmed in life, depression still taking control and almost angry all the time.

The first time I experienced Yoga was actually not pleasant I was in an over crowded sports centre and could not even see the teacher and it seemed like 'just excerise' I was not comfortable. 

I stayed away from it for about 4 years until a friend of mind suggestion I give it ago again. The next experience ended up being amazing. A small private studio, same teacher, mats all laid out ready, no need to shuffle around to make space for students coming in late after already relaxing, she was very caring and I could tell she was very passionate about Yoga her self and quiet spiritual. Since that time Yoga has changed my life.

When becoming a Yoga teacher in 2014 decided early on that the same passion and respect I was shown would be the bench mark set for all my classes & studio experience for all attending.
