2.5hr Antenatal private workshop in Taylors Hill, combining Yoga teachings, meditation & massage techniques to prepare you for pregnancy, labour & birth with the support of your partner.
We want you to feel prepared for labour & birth and early parenting with our 3 hour birthing class. Combining the expertise in pre-natal yoga, spiritual healling & Massage therapy , I have designed the class to encourage you & your partner to work together & therefore enable you to cope during the process of labour & birth & parenthood. We are passionate about promoting an active yet calm labour & birth by providing you & your partner with the essential knowledge & techniques to equip you during an often exciting yet anxious time.

The birthing workshops are designed for those of you who want to learn the essentials without the waffle and endless DVDs that other childbirth courses may offer. Our unique birthing workshop is personalised, delivered to small groups and the information gained is practical and user friendly. The information you learn at our workshop will help reduce fear that is often experienced by birthing couples. Feedback from couples attending is always positive and they leave feeling prepared for labour and birth.
