You must arrive into the Ngurah Rai International Airport on June 24th any time up to 1:30pm and depart June 29th, 2018 for flight departures from 2pm.

We’ll have a airport pick-ups for the group arriving on June 24– around 3:30. If you are not arriving in time to be on those transports we can help you arrange your own taxi to the retreat (at your cost).

Dominique Battensbys love's retreats & loves sharing her passion

for natural therapies, Yoga & Meditation after finding these treatments & services highly benefical in her own recovery with Depression & high levels of stress.  Dominique loves taking clients mind body and soul with natural complimentary therapies on wonderful retreat's.

Itinerary Example

We’ll wake up with the sunrise and start the day at 7:30am with

a 30-minute meditation (optional) followed by a Yoga session

especially designed for the morning – to open and strengthen

the muscles, tune in to the breath and connect with our own

body and mind.

By 9am we’ll be ready for our delicious and healthy buffet

breakfast next to the swimming pool. After this comes free time! 

9.45am until 10:30am enjoy a workshop on some mornings-

10:30am until 6pm free time.

At 6pm we’ll get ready for our evening Yoga session.

This will be a flowing & a mix of Yin Yoga to resotre & relax after your day

the class involving smooth movement from posture to posture in rhythm with the breath.

At around 7:15pm prepare for dinner – an exquisite Balinese Dinner done with tons of

love and fresh products.

8pm we will incoporate a relaxing workshops.


Enjoy, rest and repeat!

We will also schedule Singing Bowl therapy group sessions, learn the Art of Twin Hearts Meditation.

Optional Extras - On arrvial you are welcome to arrange Temple visits, Monkey forest tours, cooking classes and Balinese dancing performances by request at small additional charges this can be organised for you at reception on arrival. We have left these extras out of your package to insure we keep your package affordable and cost effective for all joining us. However it will be easy for you to book once you arrive
